TR3 Misc. Parts For Sale
I have the following parts if anyone is interested:
Car Cover - thin fabric; good for garage covering in great shape.
Valve Cover with Breather
Grille with Fog Light rectangular openings cut-in
Pair of fender mirrors - stems have some pitting, but mirrors are excellent
Set of 4 Piston Rods
Flywheel with ring gear
Set of Rear Brake Drums
Transmission out of my TR3B - was working fine when replaced with 5 spd package
Various dash knobs
Rear Truck prop rod
Large Triumph White/Blue Emblem Banner
Lead Hammer with wood handle for wire wheel knock-offs
I can send pics via jpgs. of all of the above at request.
I am looking for a pair of side curtain frames with or without vinyl as they will be cut-up for special attaching finish panel without the top sections. These would be for late model TR3's as mine is a "B".

Sounds like you've got some good stuff. What you don't sell please bring to TRA 2012 for the
auction. I'm sure you will walk away with some cash that will allow you to then pay for all the
cool items you bid on during the auction. It's really quite a balanced deal. Sell stuff...buy stuff and walk away happy. Yep....life in the Triumph Universe is good.

Great question! TRA 2012 is going to be held in Little Switzerland, NC at the Switzerland Inn.
The events usually winds up on Father's Day Weekend so we frolic the week before and head home
on Father's Day. This is an absolute incredible event where you spend 5 days with some very nice folks with the same addiction as you have. Side Screen British Sports Cars. (Yeah...we do allow few folks in with those new fangled things known as wind up windows but heck this wind up window thing will probably never catch on.)
The info should hit our TRA site sometime in early springtime so watch closely so you can
get signed up and the hotel room of your choice. Take the time to look at the TRA site and see photos of the events over the past year. Heck....last year we had a Police Escort to a brewery.(kind of a reversal from what most folks have happen to them.) Of course we also had a Police Escort to a Chocolate Factory so we offered something for every taste.
You will have a wonderful time and see some of the finest TR's on the planet. This is a perfect opportunity to see how a car should be configured so bring you camera with lots of memory cards. I've had the pleasure of attending the last 3 events and the day you leave you will find yourself planning for next year.
The Auction is a thing to behold with Nino and Bruce putting on a show most folks would pay to see. These guys are great auctioneers that make this one of the premier events of TRA. Bring lots of good stuff to sell that way you can balance out what you buy and go home happy with lots of new stuff that you think you really need.
