TR4 Engine Torque Reaction Bracket

The torque reaction bracket (pn 133471) was fitted to TR4's between CT 3055 and CT6430 and any car prior that went through the dealership for maintenance. The applicable service bulletin stated that S-T only allowed for 15 minutes labor to the dealership for this procedure. Due to time constraints, this clearly indicates that the 2 original engine retainer brackets (pn 132042) fitted between the frame and round motor mounts were likely not removed at this time, although removal of these would have lowered the engine slightly to help with the clearance problem. Does anyone have knowledge of when these were removed?
These 2 retainers and the hood safety latch are the only 3 items I need to collect for originality purposes.
